CIO defines digital transformation as the application of electronic assets and capabilities to enhance products, processes, and improve efficiency within an organization. There is a long list of companies that have successfully transformed into digital companies, some are even completely paperless. The problem is when so-called electronic assets and capabilities change as new technology trends are introduced into the market. One such trend is the growing number of mobile users. It presents a problem to “digitally transformed and completed” companies. It is now necessary to re-transform again and adapt to this new trend.
