A simple Google search on the key phrase “product review websites” garnered 569 million results. Even if only a small percentage of that are actual product review websites, that is still a significant number of places a customer can learn information about specific items they wish to purchase. Digital transformation has converged product management and brand marketing, both for the company and in terms of customer experience. Factor in the Internet of Things or IoT into the mix and that will be a whole slew of IT and marketing terms such as big data analytics, consumer behavior, product performance, artificial intelligence, and cloud technology all rolled into just one package.
