Many people believe that Digital Transformation is occurring globally and it’s making our world a better place. But what does it really mean? Is the definition being used too broadly?
This article talks about what it is, what it isn’t, and to those industries and individual organizations that did digitally transform, how much of their of their organization has actually gone digital.
Computerworld has done a survey completed last year, and its results are surprising. It showed only 11% of the respondents have completed the textbook definition of DX. That is a low number for something that started 25 or so years ago. So what is the problem, is it just a case of semantics or are we things really moving as slow as we think.
